During this challenging two-year traineeship program, you’ll get the unique opportunity to work as a health innovator on a client project, carrying responsibility from day one. You’ll do desk research, participate in strategy sessions and engage in meaningful discussions with medical specialists, nurses, innovation managers and governmental bodies.

You’ll become an expert in health care innovation. Training on the job is very important to us. You’ll use not only your analytical skills, but also your soft skills. There is always room for innovative ideas. Doing new things is something that we find exciting. We learn, evaluate and do it even better next time. We value and encourage personal initiatives in this area.

You

You feel at home in an ambitious, growth-oriented work environment where there is no 9-to-5 mentality. You learn quickly, have a high sense of responsibility and are a driven researcher. What do you bring?

• You are interested in healthcare innovation and hold a relevant Master’s degree (for example: Medicine, Health Care Management, Health Economics, Health Sciences, MPA);
• You have basic knowledge of the Dutch healthcare system;
• You are analytically strong and able to quickly absorb new information;
• You are accurate and well organized;
• You are independent, solution-oriented and not afraid to take initiative;
• You speak and write either excellent Dutch & English OR German & English;
• You have above average study results (GPA: > 7,0/10) and a strong CV with extracurricular activities and relevant (student) jobs.
